Adobe releases sneak peek of depth-of-field effect in Photoshop CS6

Adobe has released another "sneak peek" of a new feature in Photoshop CS6 that attempts to simulate depth-of-field effects. The video notes that creating such an effect in-camera either requires "expensive" gear. Considering the price of Photoshop, there are plenty of camera/lens combos out there that offer shallow depth-of-field capabilities for a relatively low cost. Additionally, existing plug-ins such as Alien Skin's Bokeh have been around for a while and offer similar functionality. Personally, it's not a feature that I find much use for, but perhaps others will welcome it.
